Where purpose turns into action

A mission-led initiative

SHARE-for-IMPACT is a not-for-profit initiative of INOMER, a mission-driven company (société à mission) under France’s 2019 PACTE Law, with social and environmental purpose at its core.

Based in Paris and working at the global level, SHARE-for-IMPACT brings together science, culture, the arts and innovation to support sustainability, climate responsibility, social justice and democratic values.

What we do

From awareness to action to lasting change

We believe sustainable change becomes possible when people understand the challenges we face, feel emotionally connected to them, and are equipped to act.

SHARE-for-IMPACT uses the power of science, culture and artistic expression to make complex issues accessible, inspire collective responsibility, and turn ideas into meaningful action.

We work with young people, artists, educators, communities, institutions and partners to build confidence, creativity and collaboration around the challenges of our time.

Our action lines

Two interconnected paths for impact

SHARE works through two main action lines:

We-LEAD Now!
A flagship youth program that helps young people identify local challenges, design creative solutions, and develop the skills, confidence and mindset to become changemakers.

SHARE-for-IMPACT Events
Concerts, performances, talks, screenings and cultural experiences with Bartu and the SHARE Ensemble that connect artistic excellence with science communication, awareness-raising and youth-led action.

SHARE Ensemble is a collective of purpose-driven young professional musicians based in Paris, formed around the principles of inclusion, diversity, and equality. Through accessible concerts and public events that combine music, visual storytelling, and dialogue, the Ensemble uses artistic excellence as a civic tool to raise awareness, encourage engagement, and inspire collective action on social and environmental challenges.

Founded and led by Bartu Elci-Ozsoy, the Ensemble has been active in different configurations since 2020 and was formally established under SHARE in 2025. It empowers young artists to use their talent in support of social justice and climate action, while building meaningful connections between culture, science, and society.

We-LEAD Now! is an award-winning program that enables young people to become active contributors to social and environmental transformation. Rooted in democratic participation, intergenerational dialogue, and the integration of scientific and local knowledge, the program supports young people in identifying challenges in their communities and co-creating practical, context-sensitive solutions.

Designed and implemented in diverse settings by INOMER’s founders since 2004 and rebranded as We-LEAD Now! in 2025, it has so far equipped thousands of young people with the confidence and skills to act on sustainability, climate and social justice.

SHARE Ensemble: Youth-Led Cultural Action for Social Justice and Climate Action

The SHARE Ensemble’s events contribute to the development of We-LEAD Now! and to youth-led action in diverse communities.

This video offers a concrete overview of the Ensemble’s mission, showing how artistic excellence is mobilised as a civic tool and how its activities translate into an impact pathway supporting youth empowerment, social justice, and climate democracy in practice.

SHARE’s theory of change

From awareness to action to lasting change

SHARE-for-IMPACT works from a simple belief: people are more likely to act when knowledge becomes meaningful, creativity makes challenges visible, and collaboration gives people the confidence to move forward together.

We combine scientific and traditional knowledge, artistic practice, lived experience, partnerships and creative methodologies to support transformation.

Our activities make facts and stories accessible, inspire through music and culture, build practical skills, connect sectors and generations, and empower communities to co-design solutions.

Our goal is lasting impact: people, communities and institutions working together with confidence, creativity and purpose to build a more empathetic, resilient, fair and sustainable world.

Partners and collaborators

Working with trusted institutions, networks and movements

SHARE-for-IMPACT works with partners and collaborators across culture, sustainability, education, climate action and social innovation.
